The humble root veg takes centre stage in this month’s set menu with some deliciously different dishes that showcase them beautifully.

Our roast celeriac soup has just the right hint of heat with a drizzle of ancho-chili infused olive oil whilst our pan-fried winter vegetable rösti is topped with a poached egg to create a hearty starter.

Seared haddock fillet is complemented by sweet new potatoes and a zingy mustard sauce and the outdoor-reared pan-fried pork fillet is partnered with an abundant side of winter veg.

Our desserts this month are a truly delicious way to round off your meal with classic crème caramel one of our all-time favourites.
