Your welcome Treat when you download the app

After your 1st visit
Treat yourself to a delicious complimentary dessert from our menu or enjoy another complimentary drink.
After your 2nd visit
Tuck into any of our starters on the house or elevate your experience with a handcrafted cocktail or mocktail on us.
Silver Tier
After your 3rd visit
Enjoy a complimentary main course, crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients or raise a glass of premium champagne or a large wine.

Order 3 courses and enjoy your starter and main on the house, or share a bottle of wine completely on us.

Congratulations – you’ve reached VIP status! As a VIP, you’ll enjoy:
15% off food for up to 6 guests, 7 days a week – as often as you like, for a whole 12 months

How to collect your Treats
Spend a minimum of £25 on food and or drink at The White Bear (after discounts, including service charge) across as many transactions in any one day and a reward is automatically added to your Treats app. Don’t forget to check in every time you make a purchase to not miss out.
No points, just delicious perks as a thank you for your visit.
Collect 5 Treats = VIP status
No Rush to Redeem
You can collect rewards without using them straight away – just one Treat can be redeemed per table, per day when one full priced main from the à la carte or specials is ordered. Why not spend £25 and collect your next Treat too?
Rewards last 3 months and can be used 7 days a week at The White Bear, except Christmas Day, Mother’s Day, or Father’s Day (though you’ll still collect rewards on those days).
